The above Review Petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 17th October 2013 and especially in view of the finding recorded in paragraph 7 of the said order. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that in so far as the finding recorded in paragraph 7 is concerned, the same has been recorded in the above Civil Revision Application in the context of the application for Succession Certificate which was filed by the Applicant which was in respect of the pensionary benefits of the deceased Suresh. In my view, in the light of the said statement made on behalf of the Respondent, it is not necessary to clarify the said order as regards the efficacy that the said finding would have in

respect of other claims relating to the property of the deceased Suresh. The Review Petition to accordingly stand disposed of. [R.M. SAVANT, J]
