After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application, with a request to expedite the trial. It is pointed out that the charge is framed and the sessions case is fixed for recording evidence of prosecution witnesses. 2.
