This application is fled seeking recall of order dated 10 January 2023 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1036 of 2022. By the said order, this Court rejected the anticipatory bail application fled by the present applicant on merits. 2.

The prayer in the application reads thus:

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to recall it's order dated 10th January, 2023 for the reasons more particularly mentioned and set out in the application and this Hon'ble Court after taking note of the interim order dated 22nd December, 2020 as well as order dated 12th February, 2021 may be pleased to restore Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1036 of 2022 to its original fle and the same be directed to be heard on its own merits." 3.

The prayer is totally misconceived as the anticipatory bail application was rejected on merits. The Application stands rejected.
