1. Mr. Singhvi, learned Senior Advocate states that although there are thirty separate impugned judgments under challenge in the petition, resulting from termination orders of diverse dates and periods of work, a common question of law arises. The dates of award also being different in many cases, the petitioner nos.2 to 30 shall file separate petitions.

2. Mr. Singhvi submits that since Court fees in respect of all the thirty 1/2

27.w5588.17.odt petitioners have been paid in this petition, the office may be directed to consider the Court fees having been paid separately in the 29 other petitions that he proposes to file.

3. In the circumstances, the office is directed to verify that Court fees already paid would cover the 29 petitions proposed to be filed. Let the petitions be filed within two weeks from today along with the copies of the . A reference to this order shall accordingly be made in those petitions. Upon the same being filed and verification of court fees paid the office shall place those petitions along with this petition.

4. It is made clear that this order shall not be treated as a precedent in any other case. In view of above, Mr. Singhvi prays for withdrawal of civil application.

5. Civil Application No.307 of 2019 is allowed to be withdrawn. (A.K. MENON,J.) 2/2
