P.C:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submit that the substantive suit filed by the Petitioner is pending before the Civil Court and he will proceed with the civil suit and file necessary application in the said civil suit.

It is for the Petitioner to prosecute the said suit in accordance with law and file application as may be permissible in law. The learned Advocate for Respondent No.4 submits that for a period of seven days no further steps with regard to balance 2980 sq.mtrs. of TDR would be taken.
