The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition in view of the Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act before the Appellate Authority i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Rural Development, Government of Maharashtra. In view of the said Appeal filed by the Petitioner, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. The Petitioner may pursue the said remedy of Appeal before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority may consider disposing of the said Appeal expeditiously.
