By consent, order dated 20.09.2017 is corrected to the following effect:

Add the following sentence at the end of paragraph 3 as the same is missing though dictated in open Court: "Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to comply with the order as early as possible preferably by 31 December 2017 and the Petitioner to place the same before the Authority."

Order accordingly.
