Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed an Application before the Collector for regularization of its possession.

Pursuant to the Application, a report was called for. The Tahasildar has also forwarded his report to the Collector. The Grampanchayat has also passed a resolution and forwarded it to the Collector, however, the Collector has not taken any decision upon it as yet.

25.4884.22-wp.docx In case the proposal of the Petitioner for regularization is pending with the Collector and the report is received from the Authorities, then the Collector (Respondent No.3) shall take decision upon it on merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
