Heard Mr.Chetan Kapadia, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Sushmit Phatade, learned counsel for petitioner no.3, Mr Sachin Kankal, learned A.G.P for State, Mr. R.S.Deshpande, learned counsel for intervenor.

Mr. Phatade states that petitioner no.3-Sanjay Dolakia, Honorary Secretary of petitioner no.1, has instructed him to appear on his behalf. As two Advocates cannot represent the petitioners, Mr.

2/2 WP/2047/2017 Kapadia seeks permission to transpose petitioner no.3 as respondent. Oral application made by Mr. Kapadia is allowed. Petitioner no.3 is transposed as respondent no.3. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Mr. Kankal states that in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 19.12.2016, hearing is fixed before the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies on 29.3.2017.

At the request of Mr. Kapadia, list the petition for admission on 29.3.2017 along with Writ Petition No. 11416 and W.P.(ST) No. 24117 of 2015.
