This application being well within the period of limitation stands allowed.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

On amendment being so carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 1st March, 2022.

Interim application is disposed of accordingly. SECOND APPEAL NO. 770 OF 2017 1.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to serve amended copy of the second appeal on the other side.

The ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue till the next date.
