The learned counsel for the Pune Municipal Corporation has placed on record the order dated 24th January 2014 passed by the concerned Officer of the Pune Municipal Corporation. He has also placed the communication dated 17th September 2014 which is an order based on the order dated 24th January 2014.

Though belatedly, the Municipal Corporation has complied with the directions issued by this Court. Hence, it cannot be said that there is any wilful disobdience of the order on the part of the concerned Officer of the

cp208 Municipal Corporation. Hence, it is not necessary to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act,1971. By taking the aforesaid orders on record, we dispose of the petition.
