On hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with direction to reconsider the Petitioner's case for promotion in the light of representation dated 14th December,2015 but in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within eight weeks. The Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
