After hearing progressed to some length, Mr.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition (dated January 19, 2019) and liberty to urge all points that are available to him in law, including the point of interim relief, in an appropriate application under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 before the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

The prayer is not opposed by Mr.Venegaonkar, learned counsel for the respondents.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioner to raise all points before the Tribunal in accordance with law. 5.

It appears from the order dated March 02, 2020 passed on Contempt Petition No.540 of 2019 that the same was directed to be heard along with this writ petition. Since the writ petition stands withdrawn, the contempt petition shall stand detagged and be heard separately. 6.

Issue notice before admission in the contempt petition, returnable on March 15, 2021.
