The matter is placed before this Court for speaking to the minutes of the order dtd. 23rd January 2018. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the fourth line of paragraph 3 of the order, the words "said messages" is required to be substituted as "subsequent messages". The correction be carried out and by deleting the word "said", the said line be read as follows :

"The transcript of the messages is placed on record" (Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.)
