By order dated 7th December, 2018, applicant was directed to be released on bail by executing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/- in lieu of the sureties for a period of four weeks from the date of release. It is submitted that applicant has furnished cash security and he has been released on bail. Applicant submitted that surety is under consideration and the said surety is yet to be accepted. It is submitted that facility of cash security be extended to enable the applicant to comply order dated 7th December, 2018 by furnishing

Considering the submissions, the facility of cash security granted by this Court in lieu of the sureties vide order dated 7th December, 2018 is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish sureties in accordance with the said order. 4.

Application stands disposed off.
