PSI Shrikant Chavan, the Investigating Officer is present today. He had recorded the statement of Mr.Rajesh Ghare on 20.11.2021. It is submitted by the learned A.P.P. on instructions from the I.O. that the dispute has been settled amicably between the parties. 2.

On 30.10.2021 learned Counsel appearing for applicants submitted that consent affidavits have been filed in the quashing proceedings. Alongwith the statement of Rajesh Tanaji Ghare dated 20.11.2021, photostate copy of his affidavit sworn before Notary Mahmood Ahmad, Greater Bombay dated 30.6.2021 is also filed on record today. Copy of the affidavit and copy of the statement dated 20.11.2021 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification collectively. Recitals of the statement of Rajesh Tanaji Ghare as well as the affidavit indicates that they have amicably settled the dispute. The statement indicates that in Criminal Writ Petition no.1484 of 2020 filed in this Court and pursuant to the Order dated 30.06.2021, the dispute has been amicably settled.
