The above Petition challenges the order at Exhibits D dated 03/12/2012 and the orders at Exhibits F and J both dated 31/12/2012. The said orders relate to the election of the Respondent No.3 Sakhar Karkhana. Shri Rawool, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 - Sakhar Karkhana states that the elections have already been held by the State Cooperative Election Authority constituted for the said purpose. In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration in the above Petition. The above Petition to accordingly stand disposed of.
