At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application before the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet. He submits that during the pendency of this Application, charge-sheet has been filed as against the Applicant.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

3.

If an Application for regular bail is filed after filing of the charge-sheet, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
