By the impugned order, the learned Commissioner has set aside the allotment of Fair Price Shop which was alloted to the petitioner in the month of May 2017. Revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the learned Minister. A copy of the revision application is annexed at Exhibit-D to the petition. 3.

The learned Minister is directed to hear the application for grant of stay in the impugned order passed by the learned Commissioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. Till the application of stay is heard by the learned Minister, the impugned order dated 22nd December, 2017 passed by the learned 1/2

502-WPST-2192-2018 Commissioner Food Supply, Nashik is stayed. If any, adverse order is passed by the learned Minister on the application for stay filed by the petitioner, the said order shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of order passed by the learned Minister. The learned Minister to decide the application for stay as well main revision application within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Parties are directed to remain present before the learned Minister on 14th February, 2018 at 03.00 p.m. If for any reason the date is not convenient to the learned Minister, the convenient date must be communicated to the parties by the office of learned Minister. In that event, the matter shall be disposed of within four weeks from the date of the first meeting. The learned Minister shall also dispose of the revision application separately filed by respondent no.1 along with revision application filed by the petitioner. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 2/2
