Mr. Salunke states that as per the conditional order passed by the Registrar, Judicial-I on 17.11.2015, C.R.A. was dismissed against respondents No.7 and 8. He further states that rest of the respondents are duly served. 3.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 178 days caused in filing the C.R.A. For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. 1/2
