DATE : 09 FEBRUARY , 2015 P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that since the structure in-question has already been demolished, most of the reliefs prayed in the petition have rendered infructuous. He submits that the petitioner's application dated 12 January 2015, still pending consideration before the Dy. Collector (SRA), although the said authority is not a party to this petition, directions may be issued for disposal of the said representation in the interest of justice. 2] The petitioner to carry out amendment to implead the Dy. Collector (SRA) to this petition forthwith.

3] Ms Aparna Vhatkar, learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

DSS 15-wp-1132-15 4] The request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is reasonable. Accordingly, Dy. Collector (SRA) is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order and in accordance with law. The petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order before the Dy. Collector (SRA). 5] With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of.
