The Petitioner seeks directions to decide his proposal for registration of certifcate under Section 41 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 2.

Learned A.G.P. informs that the proposal of the Petitioner on account of defciencies is rejected. 3.

In view of that the Petitioner is at liberty to take steps against the order rejecting the proposal of the Petitioner as may be permissible in law. In that event all contentions are kept open.
