Ms. Tulpule and Mr. Kaustubh Thipsay would submit that they had filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.6. However, it appears that Ms. Samuel would be appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6 and that she has already filed her Vakalatnama. In that view of the matter, Ms. Tulpule and Mr. Thipsay are discharged in respect of Respondent No.6.

The learned counsels appearing for the parties, would jointly submit that the parties have amicably resolved the disputes amongst themselves. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the parties and their Advocates. The Advocates identify the signatures of their respective clients. All the signatories to the Consent Terms are present in the Court and admit the contents of the Consent Terms. 3.

As agreed in para-14 of the Consent Terms, Respondent No.6-Society shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.10 Lakhs deposited in this Court together with interest thereon. The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as Undertakings made to the Court.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms.
