The matter is kept for dismissal. Learned counsel for the respondent on 21 April 2015 had made a statement that respondent has taken possession of the suit premises on 14 March 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that attempts were made to contact the petitioner but he is not responding to them. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting this petition.
