Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after filing of this Petition, the impugned order dated 9th November, 2015 passed by the Administrative Officer, Pimpri-Chinchwad School Board has been complied with. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that nothing survives in this Petition. The Petition is therefore stands dismissed.
