The Interim Applications are filed seeking stay of operation, execution and implementation of judgment and order dated 6 February 2023 passed by the Maharera Appellate Tribunal. The Second Appeals katkam 1/2

k 2/2 907 ia 705.24 in sa st as.doc are already admitted by separate order by formulating substantial questions of law. Considering the limited controversy involved in the Appeals, the same can be taken up for hearing. In that view of the matter till the Appeals are heard, it is necessary to stay the operation of judgment and order dated 6 February 2023 passed by the Maharera Appellate Tribunal.

In that view of the matter, both the Interim Applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under: "a.

that pending the final hearing and disposal of the captioned Second Appeal, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the operation, execution and implementation of the Impugned Order dated 6 February, 2023;"
