The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the applications before the learned trial Court were by a juristic person named Jakrya Sugar Limited. In fact, the persons, who apprehended arrest needs to have file application for anticipatory bail and as they want to approach the learned trial Court to file necessary application, he wants to withdraw the appeal..
