This application is preferred by the original claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation as deposited with the trial Court. It is submitted that applicant has incurred medical expenses of around Rs.5 lac, for the injury sustained in the accident and hence applicant needs certain amount for satisfying those medical expenses. 1/2

In view thereof, applicant is permitted to withdraw an amount of 50% of the said amount deposited in the Tribunal subject to furnishing usual undertaking.
