1] This is an application for quashing of an FIR. Today, the learned APP has placed on record a copy of the report/letter dated 27.5.2021 addressed to Public Prosecutor, High Court Mumbai by Senior Inspector of Police, Khar Police Station, Mumbai. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identifcation.

2] Relying upon the contents of the said report, the learned APP appearing for the State submitted that C-Summary report is fled on 15.3..2021 before the 9th M.M. Court, Bandra, Mumbai. In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to entertain the present application. Hence, in the light of statement made by learned APP, Criminal Application stands disposed of.
