It is submitted by learned counsel for appellant that the appeal is ready for final hearing. Appellant has already filed private paper book. It is urged that the appeal was admitted in the year 2011. The appellant is Senior Citizen of 75 years of age, suffering from various ailments.

In view thereof, request is made for expediting the final hearing of the appeal. Application is allowed. The appeal be added to the final hearing board in a week commencing from 21st November, 2016. 3.
