C.:- 1) Mrs.Takalkar, learned APP on instructions from Ms.Anuja Ghadage, Police Inspector attached to EOW, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed charge sheet in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C. No.68/PW/12. The trial of the said case has already progressed and two witnesses have been examined.

2) In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of F.I.R. No.213 of 2008 originally registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
