By an order dated 23.1.2018 the applicants were granted interim relief.

Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that the alleged mobile phones used by the applicant in the present crime have been seized by the police and the same have been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis. 3.

After taking into consideration the facts of the present case, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an order dated 23.1.2018 is hereby confirmed.
