This is an application for quashing and setting aside order dated 06/11/2020, granting anticipatory bail to the Respondent No. 1.

Heard Mr. Amritpal Singh Khalsa, learned Counsel for the applicant, Mr. Satyajeet H. Joshi, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Ajay Patil, learned APP for the State.

Apart from the merits of the matter, Shri Khalsa, learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is receiving threatening phone calls in respect of this case, and, therefore, he seeks cancellation of bail on that ground also. 4.

Considering that these are subsequent developments, after the order was passed, it would be appropriate if the applicant points it out to the Court that has passed order of anticipatory bail. 5.

Considering these subsequent developments, following order is passed:-

ORDER

1.

The applicant is at liberty to make an application for cancellation of bail granted to the Respondent No. 1 before the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, who had granted anticipatory bail to the Respondent No.1.

2.

If such an application is made before the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, it shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.

3.

All the contentions raised in this application are left open.

4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
