The learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly submitted that the applicant could not comply with the statement made by him on 23.1.2018 while getting the interim protection. The record indicates that the applicant has failed to deposit the said sum of Rs.4,50,000/- with the electricity providing company within a stipulated period. It appears that the applicant has made such statement with a view to procure the interim relief and nothing else. In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 23.1.2018 is hereby vacated.

As a consequence thereof, the application is accordingly rejected.
