Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and having gone through both these petitions, we are of the considered opinion that these petitions can conveniently be disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nashik, to decide the representation dated 18.11.2015 (Exhibit "D" in WP No.2681 of 2016) of petitioner Sangita Pawar as also the representation dated 18.11.2015 (Exhibit "E" in WP No.3143 of 2016) of petitioner Pandit Kapadnis, made 1/2

14 wp 2681-g.doc under rule 3(5) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal), Rules 1964,as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
