2] Since the Applicant-wife is custodian of a minor daughter and is not getting any maintenance, ground of hardship stands established. 3] As such, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Accordingly, Hindu Marriage Petition No.280 of 2017 filed in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur and Misc. Civil Application No.31 of 2018 pending with the District Judge-2 Chandrapur are directed to be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan at Kalyan District Thane.

5] Application is accordingly disposed of.
