By this Civil Application, Applicant original Petitioner is seeking permission to join The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd as Respondent no.6 in Writ Petition No.13380 of 2016.

80 caw458-17.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to join The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited as Respondent no.6 in Writ Petition No.13380 of 2016.

b) Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. c) Petitioner to provide copy of amended Writ Petition to Respondent's advocate including advocate for CIDCO within one week from today.

d) Matter to appear on board on 15.06.2018.
