Mr. Bhargude submits that the Petitioners claim has been settled and consequently the Petition ought to be withdrawn. He submits that the blanket stay on development obtained by the Petitioner is hurting his client. Mr Darandale for the Petitioner submits that he has no instructions and seeks time. 2.

The matter is kept back for Mr Darandale to seek instructions.
