This Court on 27/01/2022 has already granted ad-interim protection in favour of the applicant.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating OfÏcer, who is present in the Court informs that the applicant is already chargesheeted after he has co-operated in the investigation. 4.

As such, it is claimed that the applicant's custodial interrogation is no more warranted.

In this view of the matter, ad-interim projection ordered by this Court on 27/01/2022 stands confirmed.
