By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing and setting aside of the impugned notices dated 8/12/2021 and 20/1/2022 issued by Respondent No.4-Sr. Police Inspector, N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station.

Learned APP on the instruction of API Anant Kamble,
rsk 2 11-WP-191-22.doc N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station, states that the Petitioners have replied to the said impugned notices dated 8/12/2021 and 20/1/2022. She, on instructions, further states that they have filed charge-sheet in the said case, however, direction be given to the petitioners not to dispose of the gold without the permission of the Trial Court. Learned APP submits that notices were issued to ensure that the petitioners do not dispose of the gold. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will not dispose of the gold without the permission of the Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the respective parties, the impugned notices, for the purpose for which it is issued, do not survive. The petition stands disposed of. 6.
Accordingly the petitioners will not dispose of the gold which is the subject matter of the case without the permission of the trial Court nor create any third party rights/interest in respect of the said gold.
