Learned AGP on instructions of the officials makes a statement that pension proposal will be decided within eight weeks from the receipt of proposal from the Management. Statement accepted.

In the light of the statement made by learned AGP on instructions of the concerned officials, who are present in the Court, we hope and expect that final decision on the pension proposal of the petitioner will be taken within eight weeks from the date of receiving proposal from the Management.

The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.
