Today, present application has been filed seeking modification of the order on the ground that learned counsel for the complainant had inadvertently stated so and in fact, the proceedings Hindu Marriage Petition No. 125 of 2011 had commenced and ism

4) Hence, the observations in para 3 of the order dated 18/01/2016 are hereby written off. It shall be read as examination-in-chief and crossexamination was completed in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 125 of 2011. Order stands modified accordingly.
