1) By the present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is seeking lodgment of the crime on the basis of his complaints dated 5th December 2022 and 12th January 2023, on which the concerned Police Authorities have not taken cognizance. 2) Perusal of complaint dated 12th January 2023 indicates that, no cognizable offence is made out from the allegations made therein. 3) Mr.Tiwari, learned counsel for the Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy before the Trial Court, as may be permissible under the law. 4) Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
