Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No. 330 of 2015 for life imprisonment by the Sessions Court, Mumbai and the Petitioner has now been transferred to Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik for undergoing sentence.

2. In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.
