On 24th January 2024, this Court has passed the following order:- "1. Mr. Satpute, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant on instructions states that only one witness has been examined.

2. Ms. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions states that 7 witnesses have already been examined.

3. Both the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties seeks time to take written instructions.

4. Stand over to 30th January 2024. To be shown first on supplementary board".

Today, Mr. Satpute, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that he has verified the record and also he is

912-BA-297-2024.DOC having Roznama which shows that 7 witnesses have been examined. He states that earlier statement was made by him on instructions that only one witness has been examined is not correct.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that only 2-3 witnesses have remained to be examined and that an endeavour will be made to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously by 31st March 2024.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded by 31st March 2024. 6.

The Bail Application is disposed of accordingly. (Madhav J. Jamdar, J.)
