The learned Counsel for the Respondents-Defendants submits that the Respondents have brought two demand drafts to cover the balance unpaid consideration along with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. 3.

The demand drafts are handed over to the Appellant. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appeal may be disposed with liberty to the Appellant-Plaintiff to withdraw Suit No.306 of 2021 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Panvel. 5.

The Appellant-Plaintiff undertakes to withdraw the above Suit. 6.
