.. Respondents Mr.Drupad s. Patil i/b Mr. Sunil G. Karandikar for petitioners. Mr.Gautam A. Tambe for respondent No.1.

CORAM : N.J. JAMADAR, J.

DATE : 11TH JULY 2019 P.C.

This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assails an order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune on 3rd October 2016 in RTS/Revision/299 of 2016, whereby the prayer for stay to the execution of the order passed by the Additional Collector, Pune in RTS/2A/143 of 2016, came to be rejected.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, holding for Advocate Shri Sunil G. Karandikar, on instructions, makes a statement that the petition, which was preferred against an interlocutory order, has become infructuous as the RTS/Revision/299 of 2016 has been decided, during the pendency of this petition.
