The challenge in this Petition is to the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the Petitioner No.2 herein. The Petitioner No.2 is one of the accused in a proceeding under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The medical papers on record indicate the Petitioner No.2 to have been suffering from oral cancer.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a statement that the Petitioner No.2 would appear before the Trial Court on 15th March, 2023. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement, non-bailable warrant issued against the Petitioner No.2 herein is hereby canceled. 5.

Petition thus stands disposed of.
