DATE : 27th AUGUST 2018 P.C.
1.
The application has been filed through jail seeking review of order dated 05.10.2009 in Criminal Writ Petition No.2410 of 2009. By the said order, Division Bench of this Court has granted parole leave to the petitioner subject to furnishing personal bond, cash bond and security. This Court had observed that the rules require personal bond or cash security and also a security has recorded that the prisoner prepared to give personal bond and also a security and N.S. 24-appw-47-2010 therefore the insistence on cash is misplaced and without jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is disposed of with direction that the prisoner be released on personal bond and security, executing a bond on usual terms and conditions. 2.
Mr.Shinde, learned APP placed on record the report dated 27.08.2018 by the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur. The report discloses that the petitioner has undergone his entire sentence and he has also been released from the prison. The report is taken on record. 3.
In light of the above, the present application is rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of. (SMT.BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) N.S. Kamble page 2 of 2
