This is an Application for restoration of the Appeal, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections including payment of Court fees. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within two weeks from today.
